Our fully trained engineers and excellent manufacturer relationships enable us to provide prompt turnaround on calibration, service and repair as well as competitive rates on all safety equipment supplied. Our engineers are regularly trained and certified by manufacturers as products are introduced or updated ensuring the highest standards of workmanship at all times.

Rockall’s service register operates as a reminder system to ensure that the service history of your equipment is always up-to-date and allows you to pre-plan and minimise downtime.

For customers with a number of similar items, we suggest using our on-site service facility - Our engineers are equipped to service, test and calibrate the majority of equipment supplied on-site.

Subject to our terms and conditions we aim to service or calibration in accordance with manufacturer guidelines within four working days, whether one unit or a quantity, anywhere in the UK.
