When will my order arrive?

Most order will typically arrive between 3 – 5 working days, though in some cases it may take up to a week. If you wish to know the status of your order, contact our customer relations team.

Where can I find a datasheet for my product?

We endeavor to source these documents from the manufacturer (if available), which is attached to the related product listing underneath the ‘add to basket’ button.

How do I search for products?

Simply use a relevant search term on the search bar or use one of our handy navigation filters along the left hand side of our sub categories (e.g Gas Detectors > Shop by Brand > BW Technologies).

Is there a user manual for my order?

What’s your return policy?

The buyer has the right to return the order either before the arrival of the product(s) or up to 30 days thereafter, as the goods are in good condition and everything is accounted for; to review our full policy, click here.

The item I require isn’t on the website, what do I do?

We’re continuous expanding the product ranges we are able to provide, though if you’re unable to find something on our website, give us a call anyway; we may be able to source this product from one of our manufacturers.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes. If you’re able to contact our customer relations team as soon as possible, we may be able to change the address, though may ask for ID upon delivery.

Where can I find a part number for a product?

The part number for all of our products on the website are located under the product price; for listings with drop downs, you will need to select the correct option first to view the most accurate part number.

How can I place an order?

Once you’ve found the product you’re looking for on the Rockall Safety website, click to add the item to your basket. You can then check the contents of your basket through the button next to the search bar; from there, simply click ‘proceed to checkout’, type in your address, click to ‘proceed’ and fill out your payment details on the page presented. Once you’re finished with this page, you’ll be directed back to the site to confirm if the order was successful, with an email confirmation to follow shortly after.

Where can I get my gas monitor calibrated?
