Abtech Safety Vertical Rescue System (VRS)
Designed to aid with the rescue of a person who has fall arrested, this Vertical Rescue System allows the rising or lowering of a fallen person to a safe position.
This system is built for the use of two people – a faller and rescuer. The rescuer is able to ‘fish’ for the faller’s harness attachment point using a sturdy rescue pole, before either raising or lowering the user to safety.
The upper pulley wheels lock when the faller is being lowered for a controlled movement.
