The X50 features pre-calibrated sensor modules that are quick to replace and do not require calibration gas, helping to minimise downtime and streamline maintenance. Its advanced dual-sensor capability allows for multi-gas detection or built-in redundancy, providing added flexibility and reliability. With integrated connectivity options, including daisy-chained power and Modbus communication, the X50 connects seamlessly to Building Management and Automation Systems. It can also be paired with the MSA Bacharach X10 Remote Gas Sensor for remote or isolated monitoring applications.

The intuitive XGD Mobile App simplifies setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance, enabling users to define alarm thresholds and parameters with ease. Semi-automated calibration further reduces manual intervention, removing the need for potentiometers or voltmeters. The X50 supports ASHRAE 15 and EN378 indication requirements, including a built-in perimeter strobe, so no additional hardware is required.

Installation is straightforward thanks to plug and play wiring, daisy chained power and communication lines, and customisable entry options designed to suit a variety of wiring, conduit and cable gland requirements.
