The RGH17 is a comfortable and versatile safety harness primarily designed for rope access, but can also be used for other working-at-height applications.
This safety harness has high-quality support pads on the legs, waist, and shoulders making it comfortable to wear all day long. It also has six tool loops (four on the waistbelt and one on each leg pad) so you can keep your rope access equipment within easy reach.
RGH17 is an easy-to-use safety Harness
Yellow loops around the ventral attachment point make it easy to attach a bosun’s chair. The chest area is designed to prevent the straps from cutting into your neck.
Versatile
This harness is not just for rope access work. It can also be used for work positioning, fall arrest, and restraint. The rear D-ring is approved for rescue, so you can keep the casualty upright during the rescue.
RGH17 features:
- High-quality support pads on the legs, waist, and chest for all-day comfort.
- Six tool loops (four on the waistbelt and one on each leg pad) for easy access to your gear.
- Easily identifiable yellow loops for attaching a bosun’s chair. These loops prevent metal-on-metal contact, which can damage the gear and is not recommended for horizontal use.
- A chest design that prevents the straps from cutting into the neck.
- A removable chest ascender that can be stored away when not needed.
- The ability to be used for work positioning, fall arrest, and restraint.
- A rear D ring approved for rescue (EN 1497) keeps the casualty upright during the rescue.
- Tail tidies on the chest straps for neat stowage of excess webbing.
- A 14x reduction in bacterial growth, according to ISO 20743:2013 contact with K.Pneumoniae, a bacterium commonly associated with healthcare infections such as E. coli.
