Honeywell has expanded its portable gas detection portfolio with the launch of the Honeywell BW Flex 5 Series. The BW Flex 5 range is a highly configurable multi-gas detector. It is built to simplify real world safety work. The BW Flex 5 combines modular sensor technology, flexible connectivity, and advanced workflow automation into a single adaptable platform.

Designed for hazardous industrial environments, the Honeywell BW Flex 5 supports up to six gas sensors and can be configured for diffusion or pumped sampling applications. Whether used for confined space entry or personal protection, the Flex 5 Series provides a flexible and scalable solution for all industries.

What is the Honeywell BW Flex 5?

The Honeywell BW Flex 5 is a modular portable multi gas detector is designed to detect explosive, oxygen, and toxic gas hazards. Suitable for both personal gas monitoring and confined space sampling, the Flex 5 can be configured with up to six sensors and supports both diffusion and pumped operation from a single platform.

Unlike traditional gas detectors, the BW Flex 5 Series is built around a flexible modular design that allows users to adapt the device to changing operational requirements. The Flex 5 Series is available in: 4-way diffusion configurations, 6-way diffusion configurations and 6-way pumped configurations.

This flexibility enables teams to configure the detector for everything from routine personal monitoring to advanced confined space entry applications.
