Introduction to the Drager PAC 8000
The Dräger Pac® 8000 is a robust, reusable personal single gas detector. It provides accurate detection of hazardous gas concentrations across 29 different gases, including critical substances such as nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), ozone (O₃), and phosgene (COCl₂). The device can be fitted with a wide range of sensors, including carbon dioxide (CO₂), chlorine (Cl₂), hydrogen cyanide (HCN), ammonia (NH₃), phosphine (PH₃), and organic vapours (OV/OV-A), making it highly versatile across multiple applications. It also offers exceptional sensitivity for specialist gases, detecting ozone at levels as low as 0.02 ppm, phosgene from 0.01 ppm, and nitrogen dioxide from just 0.04 ppm. Measured data can be seamlessly transmitted via Bluetooth® to the Dräger Gas Detection Connect system.
