Teledyne OLCT 60 Fixed Gas Detector
The Teledyne OLCT 60 Fixed Gas Detector is a robust and flexible solution designed to detect a wide range of gases, including oxygen (O₂), combustible gases, toxic gases, and refrigerants. Engineered for industrial environments, it features a 316L stainless steel housing that offers excellent resistance to corrosion and harsh weather conditions, making it ideal for long-term use in demanding applications such as oil and gas, chemical processing, refrigeration, water treatment, and manufacturing.
This detector is available in multiple configurations to suit specific needs. You can choose between XP (flameproof) or IS (intrinsically safe) versions, depending on the gas type and installation zone. It also offers both on-board and remote sensor options. The OLCT 60AD model includes a remote sensor head that can be installed up to 15 meters away, making it perfect for hard-to-access or classified Zone 0 areas.
One of the standout features of the OLCT 60 is its non-intrusive, one-man calibration and setup. There’s no need to open the housing, which reduces maintenance time and ensures sensor integrity. Calibration and adjustments can be completed using a magnet tool, which is especially valuable in hazardous environments.
In addition to its ease of use, the Teledyne OLCT 60 Fixed Gas Detector is designed with advanced safety functions. It provides direct access to its settings menu, allows for pure air and standard gas injection for precise calibration, and includes zero validation and usage-rate-adjusted calibration to ensure long-term accuracy. These features support proactive maintenance and reduce the risk of undetected gas leaks.
The detector transmits a standard 4–20 mA analog signal and features a local display for real-time monitoring. It can be equipped with an optional XP IR (infrared) sensor for combustible gas detection and comes in versions suited for various safety certifications.
